La Mômo, The Fuck U Planet Earth and The Bad Black Dots

Another great night down Brighton's charming Cowley Club which has been undergoing various improvements courtesy of Graham Newbury. It seems huge now simply for having relocated the mixing desk.
The Bad Black Dots (Phase III) comprised me on bass, E-Da on drums, Kai Wong on guitar and Al Strachan on casiotone and was much fun for me (and hopefully everyone else), The Fuck U Planet Earth played a fantastic set which sounded immense, krautrocky and was quite joyful indeed and then we played our 29 minute La Mômo set which had various unlikely people boinging around the room in what appeared to be glee.
Which was nice. Big thumbs up to Zygote Collective.
