I took this picture of a World War 1 memorial the day before yesterday just outside Sway in the New Forest on my phone. The rainbow went all the way over and back down again, like a heavenly blessing.
Somewhat serendipidously, yesterday I read that World War 1 is now officially over with Germany having paid their final instalment of damages for the crimes against humanity inflicted during that period.
After taking the photo I stood in the same spot turned around and took this one.
